Our DESIGN Service views your event as an operatic production with regards to the use of Scenery, Stage properties (props) and Decoration.

Our DESIGN Service includes

1. SITE INSPECTION

One of our Designers will visit the Site to inspect the infrastructure, utilities and discuss with you

the possibilities  and issues that exist at the venue.

2. CONCEPT DRAWINGS

After completing the site inspection our design team will develop a Concept Drawing similar to the one below .

 

3. FLOOR PLAN

Once you have made any amendments a final concept drawing will be completed and a floor plan will be generated

to facilitate co-ordinate with the Venue, Audiovisual, Sound, Lighting, Entertainment, Catering contractors etc.

The cost of this service is $150 plus $100 per $1000 worth of props.
